Standard returns policy
Our standard returns policy for items bought is 14 days. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights - see information below.
How to return your (online) purchase

The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days.
Please ensure that your return is properly packaged to avoid damage and we advise you to opt for tracking on your parcel.
Instore: visit our Market Street store. Your return will be processed immediately when you visit.
